OGLE Galactic Bar 中小幅度红巨星变星

在公开领域的OGLE目录中超过20万颗银河中心变星中，我们发现了超过15,000颗遵循两个明确定义的周期-幅度关系的红巨星变星。其周期范围为10 < P < 100天，幅度范围为0.005 < A < 0.13 mag（I波段）。这些变星覆盖较宽的经验校正后颜色范围，1 < (V-I)_0 < 5，以及较窄的消除恒星距离后 apparent 亮度范围，10.5 < I_0 < 13。其中一部分变星(类型A)的均值光度与银河经度呈显著相关，范围从I_{k,0} = 11.82（l = +8°）到I_{k,0} = 12.07（l = -5°），清晰表明它们位于银河中柱内。大多数变星具有多个振荡周期。
