摘要
众所周知的Bloch方程描述了从瞬态过程到稳态的任何时间尺度下的自旋系统(电子和核)。通常在固体中T_2 << T_1。问题出现了：为了“粗糙化”的Bloch方程能够描述时间T_2 < t < T_1内的过程，应该进行哪些近似？本文给出了这个问题的答案。作为例子，考虑了在恒定磁场谐波调制条件下磁共振的饱和。
