我们提出了具有有理焦散线的非对称谐振腔，并在单片硅介观微腔中实验演示了内部回音壁模式。这些微腔展现了腔品质因子 (Q) 针对粗糙度瑞利散射的独特鲁棒性。角度分辨锥形光纤测量和近场图像观测到了来自内部回音壁模式的distinct 谐振族和非对称发射，这可应用于微腔激光器和 CQED 领域。
