活动星系核吸积过程的观测综述

摘要
我综述了活动星系核 (Active Galactic Nuclei) 吸积过程的观测特征，简要讨论了星系间相互作用在星系外尺度上的作用，以及非轴对称引力势（如棒状结构）在星系尺度上的作用。然后，我较长篇幅地讨论了百秒差距尺度上的吸积特征，其中的新结果包括：(1) 活动核周围数十秒差距尺度上的近期恒星形成；(2) 活动星系中相对于非活动星系存在过量的气体和尘埃，形式为核旋臂和盘；(3) 沿核旋臂气体流入的新运动学特征，这可能是将气体从千秒差距尺度输送到核区以供养超大质量黑洞的长期寻求的机制。
