用水波观测塔尔博特效应

摘要
当光入射到衍射光栅上时，光栅的像会出现在光栅后方的周期性间隔处。这一现象及相关的自成像距离以十九世纪首次观测到它们的塔尔博特(Talbot)命名。一个世纪后，随着在塔尔博特长度的规整分数距离处发现子像，该效应带来了新的惊喜。在本文中，我们表明水波能够在课堂实验中观测到塔尔博特效应。可以使用易于操作的数字纹影法对例如塔尔博特距离进行定量测量。
