Moller 散射中宇称不守恒的观测

摘要
我们报告了在固定靶电子-电子(Moller)散射中宇称破坏不对称性的测量结果:A_PV = -175 +/- 30(统计) +/- 20(系统)十亿分之一。这是对 Moller 散射中宇称不守恒的首次直接观测,从而在低能量下测得电子弱荷 Q^e_W = -0.053 +/- 0.011。这与当前精度水平下的标准模型预期一致:sin^2\theta_W(M_Z)_MSbar = 0.2293 +/- 0.0024(统计) +/- 0.0016(系统) +/- 0.0006(理论)。
