自组织偶极激子中宏观相干性的观测

摘要
我们报告了实验结果，表明限制在宽单量子阱中的空间间接激子可表现出宏观空间相干性。在间接激子形成独特的环状图案并碎裂为微观液滴的机制下，扩展相干性自发建立。这些液滴在亚开尔文温度下包含高浓度的间接激子，且激子的空间相干性在液滴附近最强。
