摘要
我们报告了利用费米实验室CDF II和D0探测器收集的质心能量为1.96 TeV的ppbar对撞数据，首次观测到单顶夸克产生。观测到的CDF和D0数据的显著性均为5.0个标准差，而预期灵敏度分别超过5.9个标准差和等于4.5个标准差。测量了单顶产生截面和CKM矩阵元|V_{tb}|的值。
