摘要
首个 Co:B 比例低于 1:1 的钴硼化物 Co5B16 在高温高压条件下合成。它具有独特的正交结构（空间群 Pmma，a = 19.1736(12)，b = 2.9329(1)，c = 5.4886(2) {\AA}，R1 (所有数据) = 0.037）。该材料质地坚硬，呈顺磁性，其磁化率具有微弱的温度依赖性。
