三端介观介电系统的非线性热学性质

摘要
本文研究了低温下非线性响应区域中三端介观介电系统的热学性质。对于对称的三端系统，当左右热库之间存在有限的温差时，中心热库的温度始终高于其他热库的平均温度。这种非线性热现象在非对称三端系统中也被观察到。最后，提出了一种热整流模型。
