摘要
发展了一种基于瞬时共振的绝热近似，用于研究偏置共振隧穿异质结构中相互作用电子的稳态和含时输运。所得模型由量子库耦合到系统由非线性常微分方程描述的区域组成，具有普遍的概念意义。
