摘要
RNA-seq计数数据常受读段到基因比对模糊性的影响，尤其是在高维转录组学中。这类模糊性可以通过粒度计数方便地表达，即对潜在离散量的模糊值观测。我们研究了一类模糊报告机制，并证明当报告利用分级隶属度时，不可忽略性在总体上不成立，导致非随机粗化结构。随后引入了一个层次模型作为该构造的可处理实例，并使用RNA-seq数据进行了说明。
