本文提出了对光子 - 质子截面 和非极化结构函数 世界数据的一次拟合。使用了基于 Reggeon 和 Pomeron 交换的 23 参数 ALLM 模型。为避免与已发布的 数据库中 值的不一致，对截面数据进行了重构。获得了参数不确定度及相关性。
