YBCO晶体微波响应中的新特征:多分量有序参数的证据

摘要

我们报道了在BaZrO3BaZrO_{3}坩埚中生长的高质量YBa2Cu3O6.95YBa_{2}Cu_{3}O_{6.95}晶体的复微波电导率精密测量中的新特征。在约80K处观察到正常电导率σ1(T)\sigma_{1}(T)的第三个峰,并且在低于~65K时观察到增强的对电导率σ2(T)\sigma_{2}(T)。这些数据与单一有序参数不一致,而表明多分量超导性。总的来说,这些结果指向YBa2Cu3O6.95YBa_{2}Cu_{3}O_{6.95}中存在多种配对相互作用,并为解释在所有YBa2Cu3O6.95YBa_{2}Cu_{3}O_{6.95}晶体中观察到的低温35K电导率峰提供了自然的解释。
