上下文感知信息选择与引导式模型组装自动化的新进展

摘要
利用从文献中提取的信息对动态网络模型进行自动组装与扩展是一项挑战，其原因在于已发表文献的数量庞大且不一致。近来，已有研究致力于将从文献中自动且高效地提取的信息组装为模型。本综述中，我们总结了五种自动扩展方法的基本概念、性能、优势与局限。每种方法均针对其重建 T 细胞分化模型的能力进行了测试，并与若干预定义的系统特性进行比较。
