毫秒辐角分辨率下的中氢吸收:射电星系3C293

摘要
我们present对3C293这一射电星系内部喷流上强烈且广泛的中氢吸收的毫秒辐角分辨率观测结果。通过结合全球VLBI、MERLIN和VLA的观测数据,我们对该源射电核心和喷流上的中氢吸收进行了横跨广大角尺度的成像。在本文中,我们将呈现这些新的结合毫秒尺度VLBI结果,以及我们之前对该源中氢吸收的低分辨率MERLIN研究。该研究将允许我们从角秒到几毫秒的尺度,探讨该源中心区域中氢吸收的分布和动力学。
