用于 K2K 实验的近点缪子射程探测器——建造与性能

摘要

为 KEK 到 Kamioka 的长基线中微子实验 (K2K) 建造了一个缪子射程探测器 (MRD) 作为近点探测器。它通过测量带电电流中微子相互作用产生的缪子的能量、角度和产生点来监测近点处的中微子束流特性。自 K2K 实验开始以来,该探测器一直稳定运行。
