超大规模MIMO系统混合视距/非视距环境下的近场信道估计
摘要
精确的信道模型与信道估计对于使超大规模MIMO(XL-MIMO)在6G网络中具备超高谱效率至关重要。随着XL-MIMO场景天线阵列孔径的急剧增大,电磁传播场将由远场转变为近场。遗憾的是,由于近场效应,现有大多数XL-MIMO信道模型无法同时描述混合视距(LoS)与非视距(NLoS)路径分量。本文提出一种混合LoS/NLoS近场XL-MIMO信道模型以匹配实际近场XL-MIMO场景,其中LoS路径分量由几何自由空间传播假设建模,而NLoS路径分量由近场阵列响应矢量建模。接着,为界定XL-MIMO的近场范围,推导了MIMO瑞利距离(MIMO-RD)与MIMO进阶瑞利距离(MIMO-ARD)。随后,提出一种两阶段信道估计算法,分别估计LoS路径分量与NLoS路径分量。此外,本文推导了所提算法的克拉美罗下界(CRLB)。数值仿真结果表明,所提两阶段方案在理论信道模型与QuaDRiGa信道仿真平台上均优于现有方法。

We propose the mixed LoS/NLoS near-field XL-MIMO channel model and the corresponding channel estimation scheme. In addition, the range of the near-field region of XL-MIMO is derived.
