一维关联电子系统中载流子的性质

摘要
利用Bethe ansatz解和精确对角化方法研究了一维Hubbard模型和t-J模型边缘位点的电子密度。发现边界在接近半填充时是电子吸引的,或等效地是空穴排斥的。我们提出一个新的判据,根据边界处的电子行为来确定强关联系统中的载流子是类电子还是类空穴。
