摘要
太阳中微子问题、大气中微子问题以及热暗物质的存在，都可以仅用三种已知中微子来经济地解释，如果这些中微子都具有几乎简并的、几电子伏特的质量。我们展示了如何在'跷跷板'框架内自然地产生这种中微子质量模式。
