摘要
本文采用原子配对分布函数(PDF)方法研究了 AgPbmSbTem+2 系列热电材料的局部结构。尝试了三种用于该类材料结构的候选模型，分别采用单相或双相建模程序。结合 PDF 建模与 HRTEM 数据，我们表明 AgPbmSbTem+2 包含由 PbTe 基质中随机嵌入的组分接近 AgPb3SbTe5 的纳米尺度包合物。
