摘要
单个量子物体位置的精确控制对于量子科学和纳米技术中的许多实验至关重要。我们报告了一种用于单个金刚石纳米晶体高精度定位的技术。该定位通过自建纳米操作器在实时扫描电子成像下完成，精度达到几纳米。该技术被应用于拾取、移动和定位金刚石纳米晶体中包含的单个NV缺陷中心。我们验证了NV中心独特的光学和自旋特性在定位过程中得以保持。
