摘要
对处于非线性区的单一自旋转矩振荡器进行了数值研究。大角度进动在无需任何反馈电路和/或与相邻振荡器的磁耦合的情况下触发了多模的产生。我们的模拟表明，给定自旋转矩振荡器的单一本征模可作为边带模触发多达六个离散模。这些发现将为开发自旋电子逻辑电路的STO提供新功能。
