五边形晶格紧束缚能带中的多重带隙

摘要
我们在五边形晶格的紧束缚能带中发现了多重带隙。与 Cairo 五边形晶格不同，该晶格由具有不同臂长的不规则五边形组成。通过精确求解紧束缚哈密顿量，我们获得了色散关系和特征向量的解析表达式。我们识别出四个不同的带隙，以及在 Harrison 点处的两个不同的间接带隙。该模型中的多重带隙可能引发新奇的电子特性。
