OT 081 的多波段研究:一个过渡型耀变体的宽频段建模

摘要

OT 081 是一个著名的、高光度的耀变体,在多个能段表现出显著的变异性。我们首次对该源进行了宽频段研究,其中包含了由 MAGIC 和 H.E.S.S. 成像切伦科夫望远镜获取的甚高能(VHE,E>E>100 GeV)γ\gamma 射线数据。VHE γ\gamma 射线辐射的发现发生在 2016 年 7 月的一次 γ\gamma 射线高活动态期间,当时从射电到 VHE γ\gamma 射线的众多仪器都对其进行了观测。我们识别出该源的四个活动态,其中一个包含 VHE γ\gamma 射线辐射。在 VHE 波段发现了日尺度的变化。在 55--300 GeV 和 120--500 GeV 的能量范围内,其内禀 VHE 谱可分别用指数为 3.27±0.44stat±0.15sys3.27\pm0.44_{\rm stat}\pm0.15_{\rm sys}(MAGIC)和 3.39±0.58stat±0.64sys3.39\pm0.58_{\rm stat}\pm0.64_{\rm sys}(H.E.S.S.)的幂律谱描述。简单的单区同步自康普顿模型无法成功再现宽频段辐射。相反,需要一个额外的外部康普顿分量。我们测试了一个能很好拟合数据集的轻子-强子模型,以及一个需要极端质子光度的质子同步辐射主导模型。能够成功表征数据的辐射模型将辐射区置于宽线区(BLR)之外很远的位置,该处的辐射环境由尘埃环的红外热辐射场主导。在此次耀发活动所描述的场景中,该源表现为一个 FSRQ,这与过去的分类不同。这表明该源可被视为一个过渡型耀变体,介于 BL Lac 和 FSRQ 天体之间。
