摘要
我们研究了Kane-Mele-Hubbard模型中强关联与自旋轨道耦合之间的相互作用,并通过变分团簇方法获得了定性相图。我们通过增加哈伯德,识别出从拓扑带绝缘体到自旋液相或易面反铁磁绝缘相的转变,这取决于自旋轨道耦合的强度。还展示了拓扑量子相变中体带非平庸的演化。
