基于骨架图的半导体微结构形态学分析

摘要
本文对离子束照射在 Ge 表面上形成的微结构的电子显微镜图像进行处理，以提取拓扑特征作为骨架图，然后通过图卷积网络对其进行嵌入。得到的嵌入向量使用主成分分析进行分析，并使用 Davies-Bouldin 指数评估 PCA 空间中的聚类可分性。结果表明，照射角度对 Ge 表面形态学性质的影响大于照射 fluence 的变化。
