摘要
SrTiO（STO）中的四方畴结构已知会调制 LaAlO/SrTiO（LAO/STO）异质结构中的常态载流子密度及其他电子性质，但 STO 畴对 LAO/STO 中超导性的影响尚未被充分探究。利用扫描 SQUID 磁化率显微镜绘制 LAO/STO 中随温度变化的超导响应图，我们发现超导转变温度在空间上是不均匀的，并以 STO 中结构畴为特征的模式被调制。
