摘要
Raman 光谱是材料表征的强大工具，但需谨慎预处理以处理噪声、基线漂移和随机尖峰。本文提出了生成和预处理 Raman 光谱的综合方法。此外，我们描述了对光谱进行 Voigt 峰拟合以确定峰参数的方法。使用合成和真实 Raman 光谱均证明了这些方法的有效性，代码已提供于开源 GitHub 仓库。
