光子晶体表面模式的光准直模型

摘要

我们提出了一个定量模型,用以解释在光子晶体波导输出端周围波纹表面上传播的泄漏表面模式的光准直机制。我们确定了多种表面终端下这些模式的色散关系。基于该模型获得的解析结果与严格的数值模拟结果进行了比较。结果表明,最大准直发生在对应于表面模式激发的频率值处,此时这些模式的波数保持非零实部。
