我们提出了一种新型深度学习管线,用于对 proposed next generation multi-ton scale liquid Xenon-based direct detection experiment DARWIN 进行模型无关、基于似然无关的异常事件搜索。我们训练一个包含变分自编码器和分类器的异常检测器,并构建一个针对在非背景事件(即异常事件)存在下拒绝仅背景假设的单维异常得分。我们通过对注入WIMP暗物质信号的灵敏度研究对该程序进行基准测试,以确定其在背景唯一假设下拒绝其能力,优于经典基于似然的背景 rejection test。我们展示了神经网络从低层高维检测器输出中学习事件的相关能量特征,而无需将数据压缩到更低维可观测量,从而减少计算 effort 和信息损失。对于未来,我们的方法为实现高效的端到端管线奠定了基础,无需传统分析链中许多校正和切割,潜在实现更高的准确性和显著减少分析时间。
