小尺度截断估计器对 DESI 光纤分配不完整效应的缓解

摘要

我们提出了一种方法,通过对估计器进行小尺度截断,以缓解来自星系光谱调查中光纤分配不完整效应对两点功率谱和相关函数测量的影响。我们推导了相应的修改相关函数和功率谱窗口,以 account for 估计器中小尺度截断的理论预测。我们在再现暗能量光谱仪器(DESI)数据发布第1版(DR1)的模拟实验中进行了验证,分别在有无光纤分配不完整的情况下。我们展示,使用带小尺度截断的估计器可恢复来自具有光纤分配不完整模拟的无偏宇宙学约束,相对于来自完整模拟的标准估计器。此外,我们提出了一种方法来消除拟合对理论功率谱中高k模式敏感性的方法,通过对数据向量和窗口矩阵应用一种转换。我们发现该方法在低计算成本下有效缓解了光纤分配不完整对两点相关函数和功率谱测量的影响,同时损失很小的统计量。
