MgB2超导体中的微波谐波发射：与YBaCuO的比较

我们报告了通过不同方法制备的MgB2陶瓷样品中微波二次谐波产生的实验结果。研究了SH信号随温度和静磁场的变化。在文献报道的模型框架内讨论了结果。我们表明，SH信号的特性与样品的特定性质有关。与在陶瓷和晶体YBa(2)Cu(3)O(7)中获得的结果比较表明，MgB2中的二次谐波发射弱于在陶瓷YBa(2)Cu(3)O(7)中观察到的结果。
