我们提出了在常数电场作用下,复杂介质中电荷载流子转移的微观模型。 generalizations previous theoretical approaches, we model the dynamical environment hindering the carrier motion by dynamic percolation, i.e., as a medium comprising particles which move randomly on a simple cubic lattice, constrained by hard-core exclusion, and may spontaneously annihilate and re-appear at some prescribed rates. 我们解析了从稳态移动电荷载流子视角看到的环境粒子的密度分布,并计算了其终端速度作为施加电场及其他系统参数函数。我们认识到,在足够小的外部场作用下,环境粒子对载流子所施加的力表现出粘性行为,定义了此类动态孔隙介质的Stokes公式类比。相应的摩擦系数也被推导出来。
