铁磁纳米点中惯性自旋波的微磁学研究

摘要

本文报道了利用太赫兹频率的时谐电磁场在铁磁薄膜中激发超短自旋波的可能性。此类超快激发需要在磁化动力学描述中计入惯性效应。为此,我们考虑惯性Landau-Lifshitz-Gilbert(iLLG)方程,并建立了交换主导惯性自旋波的解析理论。该理论预测了惯性自旋波传播速度的有限极限,以及作为材料参数函数的自旋波空间衰减和寿命。随后,在理论指导下,我们进行了数值微磁模拟,展示了在受限磁性纳米点中激发以有限速度传播的超短惯性自旋波(长20 nm)。结果与理论一致,并给出了现实超快动力学实验中可观测量的数量级。
