高红移原间质介质的金属掺杂

摘要
最近的观测显示在高红移()的低密度 Ly 林克吸收体中存在金属。仍不清楚金属是如何通过 Mpc 尺度从母星系传播开来，金属是否在原间质介质(IGM)中均匀分布，IGM 的金属度如何演化。本综述简要地论述了这些问题。
