胞内 cargo 运输中的记忆效应与 L\'evy 行走动力学

摘要
我们通过测量人上皮细胞中涉及多种马达蛋白的胞内运输里 cargo 在微管上的经验存活概率及其脱离速率，展示了累积惯性的现象。我们发现 cargo 沿微管运动越久，其脱离微管的可能性越小。因此，cargo 的运动是非马尔可夫的并带有记忆。我们观测到尺度长达 2 秒的记忆效应。我们在所测脱离速率与超扩散的、类 L\'evy 行走的 cargo 运动之间提供了理论联系。
