利用圆偏振光全光控制铁磁多层膜的机制

摘要
时间分辨成像揭示，Co/Pt铁磁多层膜的手性依赖全光开关(HD-AOS)经历两个阶段。第一阶段涉及与手性无关且随机的反向磁畴成核。在第二阶段，圆偏振光打破磁畴之间的简并，并促进畴壁(DW)运动的优先方向。对于特定手性，反向磁畴从成核点生长，导致完全的磁反转。本研究展示了一种由畴壁确定性位移介导的HD-AOS新机制。
