(Ga,Mn)As 铁磁半导体中的全光学四态磁化反转

利用密度矩阵运动方程和紧束缚能带计算，我们预测了 (III,Mn)As 铁磁体中四个亚稳态磁态之间的全光学开关。这种开关在非线性相干光激发过程中，在 100 飞秒内非热启动。对于单个光脉冲，磁化反转在约 100 皮秒后完成，并由相干飞秒光激发控制。我们预测的开关源于由飞秒磁化倾斜触发的磁非线性，该倾斜对非绝热光诱导自旋相互作用敏感。
