摘要
本文评估了人工通路整理与当前NLP系统之间的差异。我们提出了图分析方法，用于量化人工整理的通路图与最先进自动NLP系统输出之间的差距。评估在流行的mTOR通路上进行。基于分析当前系统在何处表现良好以及何处失败，我们确定了可能的进展途径。
