测量玻色-爱因斯坦凝聚体中涡旋晶格的无序度

摘要
我们报道了限制在混合光-磁陷阱中的玻色-爱因斯坦凝聚体内涡旋晶格的形成及随后衰变的观测。涡旋通过旋转在水平面提供约束的非谐磁势来诱导。我们提出基于图像分析的简单数值技术来检测涡旋并分析其分布。我们利用这些方法量化涡旋分布中从无序阵列过渡到能量上有利的有序晶格时所具有的有序量。
