利用JADE数据从e+e-湮灭中的四喷注率测量强耦合常数alpha_S

摘要
利用JADE实验在质心能量14 GeV至44 GeV之间收集的e+e-湮灭为强子的数据,研究了四喷注率作为Durham算法分辨率参数y_cut的函数。将四喷注率与包括大对数NLLA重求和的QCD NLO阶计算进行了比较。从四喷注率测得的强耦合常数为alpha_S(M_Z) = 0.1169 +/- 0.0004 (统计) +/- 0.0012 (实验) +/- 0.0021 (强子化) +/- 0.0007 (理论),alpha_S(M_Z) = 0.1169 +/- 0.0026 (总误差),与世界平均值一致。
