摘要
核双光子或双伽马()衰变是一种二阶电磁过程,处于激发态的原子核同时发射两个伽马射线。为了能够直接测量低于正负电子对产生阈值的低能区域内的 衰变率,我们将储存环的等时模式与 Schottky 谐振腔相结合。这项新开发的技术可应用于激发能低至 \,keV 且半衰期短至 \,ms 的同核异能态。裸 离子第一激发 态的 衰变半衰期被测定为 \,ms,该结果与预期存在显著偏离。
