43Ca+中S1/2-D5/2跃迁的超精细结构测量

摘要
利用单个囚禁的43Ca+离子,通过激光光谱学研究了729 nm处S1/2-D5/2四极跃迁的超精细结构。我们确定了亚稳态能级的超精细结构常数为A=-3.8931(2) MHz和B=-4.241(4) MHz。相对于40Ca+的该跃迁同位素位移被测量为4134.713(5) MHz。我们证明了在非零低磁场下存在对一阶塞曼位移不敏感的跃迁。这些跃迁可能比零磁场下m=0能级之间众所周知的“钟跃迁”更适合构建频率标准。
