我们将极化Rb蒸气引起的21Ne塞曼共振频率移位与在3He塞曼共振中引起的移位进行了比较。3He/Rb移位近来已被高精度测量，从而可将我们的差分测量转换为21Ne/Rb移位的绝对值。我们报告在124.8 ± 1.9 °C温度下Rb/21Ne增强因子K = 31.8 ± 2.8。我们提出了高精度差分接触移位测量，其绝对精度将受限于3He接触移位的误差。
