利用四平面 LumiCal 测试装置测量簇射发展及其莫里哀半径

摘要
一个为未来 e+e- 对撞机探测器设计的亮度计原型,目前由一个四平面模块组成,在 CERN PS 加速器 T9 束流中进行了测试。该束流测试的目的是展示多平面钨/硅运行,研究电磁簇射的发展,并将其与 MC 模拟进行比较。利用簇射形状的参量化,莫里哀半径被确定为 24.0 ± 0.6 (统计) ± 1.5 (系统) mm。数据与详细的 Geant4 模拟之间发现了非常好的一致性。
