摘要
大语言模型(LLM)的发展为供应链管理(SCM)的研究提供了新的工具。本文引入一种检索增强生成(RAG)框架,可动态整合外部知识于推理过程中,并开发了领域专业化的SCM LLM,其通过通过标准化SCM考试和啤酒游戏测试表现出专家水平的能力。我们进一步运用LLM进行水平和垂直供应链博弈,以分析供应链中的竞争与合作。我们的实验表明,RAG显著提高了SCM任务的性能。此外,游戏理论分析揭示,LLM能够再现经典SCM文献中的洞见,同时也发现了新的行为并为现象如bullwhip效应提供了全新的视角。这篇论文为通过大语言模型的视角探索复杂供应链网络中的合作与竞争开辟了道路。
