我们给出了 维 Guass-Bonnet AdS 黑洞以及 维三阶 Lovelock AdS 黑洞的 Maxwell 等面积律的构造。该等面积律可用于在 Gibbs 自由能图中找到交点数量和位置，从而我们得到对应于一级相变的热力学优先解。我们得到了相变中共享相同 Gibbs 自由能的小黑洞和大黑洞的半径。具有两个临界点的情况被更为详细地探讨。潜热也被研究。
