本辑《现代数学物理问题》系列收录了数学与理论物理学生训练竞赛奥林匹克的会议论文集，包含了向参赛者所提供的问题的陈述与解答。该竞赛奥林匹克于2010年5月21日至24日由萨马拉国立大学数学物理科学研究所、俄罗斯科学院斯捷克洛夫数学研究所以及莫斯科物理技术学院（国立大学）合作举办。本论文集旨在供大学物理与力学数学专业的学生使用，他们有兴趣深入了解数学与理论物理的方法，对从事数学与理论物理教学的人员也有所裨益。
