等电聚焦中 pH 梯度形成的数学模型

摘要
构建并研究了描述两性电解质（氨基酸）水溶液在电场作用下产生的稳态自然 pH 梯度的数学模型。该模型是等电聚焦过程更一般模型的一部分。研究基于用分段连续非光滑函数逼近弱解的方法。该方法可用于求解高阶导数带有小参数及存在转折点的常微分方程类问题。
